I got this for anxiety issues and it seems to help. I’m not sure why, but I love to spin it when I’m feeling anxious. The quality is okay, but the ring does squeak a bit when spun. I hope that wears down a little after some wear.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a quality Sterling Silver fidget ring. It spins smooth and freely with no snags either direction. The moons and stars pattern are an enamel overlay on top of the silver which is interesting, and I'm not sure I love it. Honestly I think just doing a darkened rustic silver look there would have looked great plus you wouldn't wonder if the enamel areas will wear or not. My full moon has an enamel defect where there's a spot of black enamel on the inside of the circle where it shouldn't be. Not like anyone else will notice it but me, but still a quality issue. I love the moon phase aspect which is what originally drew me to this ring. Overall this is a really cute fidget ring that spins great.

I got this for an elderly woman with dementia who is always fidgeting and sometimes rubbing or picking her chin with anxiety and boredom. I think if I were to do it again I would get the size for her index finger instead of ring. It would be a little easier to reach with her thumb. It's a great concept and a pretty discrete way to fidget. The outer ring spins effortlessly to the touch but looks like a normal, cute designed ring when not in use. When I gave it to her she thought I had gotten her something expensive from that one store... that Aubrey Hepburn had breakfast at...

warmed my heart when I received this from my husband. I'm in love with this ring. I'm someone who often fidgets with my rings when I'm anxious or nervous. This is by far the best gift I've ever received it just reminds me when I'm feeling weird to keep going if not for me for my family it is honestly like a mini pep talk it reminds me how strong I'm and to continue to be. it also fits as expected 10/10

My only complaint is that I wished I ordered down a size after doing the measurements according to their instructions.Also the spinning makes noise, so be prepared for that. But it feels so good and satisfies the fidget needs. I absentmindedly found myself spinning it while thinking of something unpleasant and it helped me spin the frustration away. 10/10, looks just like this photo. Comes in a gift box with a cleaning cloth.
