This is a really interesting and unique design. I love snakes and have a pretty sizeable snake jewelry collection and this piece is a standout. It is large enough to be eye catching but not gaudy. The gold color makes it look more like costume jewelry. This doesn't bother me, but if you are picky with the color of your gold this reads a bit more orange colored in person. Still a five star purchase for me because of the uniqueness of the design.

I've worn this about 8 times now since purchasing ~7 mos ago and it is pretty. I've gotten a few compliments. Like the other review picture mentioned, the two chains always get tangled for me too and it gets a little bothersome having to fix it multiple times in one wear. I've never had any issues with skin reactions until the last 2 wears. I thought the first time my neck got itchy and red was just a fluke. But now the most recent wear my neck is definitely having a mild reaction (redness, burning sensation, itchiness) and it just can't be coincidence. I'm bummed because I do like how the necklace looks but I just can't risk wearing it anymore.
