I don’t normally wear dangle earrings, but made an exception when searching for accessories for a Day of the Dead costume. I needed something large and visual to offset the large floral headpiece I had planned. With their beautiful sugar skull artwork, I knew these earrings were made to order. The unexpected plus was that they are extremely lightweight. They’re actually printed on a piece of foam (feels like leather), the vibrant colors making them appear to be higher quality than they are. And they are quiet. So many dangles make a lot of noise when they move. As these are foam instead of metal, they don’t make a sound. Definitely recommend.

Very cool earrings, I wore them for the first time today and got several compliments. My one complaint is that they are cut in a way that the white foam is very bright around the edges, but I found a teal sharpie and added my own shading. Now they're perfect!

From wife: Worn once. After about 4 hours I realized I was missing the checkered part of the earring. But the ring was still in my ear. I pulled on the other earring leather and it ripped right through.

I’m pleased to report the design is both on the front and back of the earrings. Description says black, however I’d say they are more deep purple/deep blueish. Either way they are very cute inexpensive earrings for Cinco De Mayo. Would recommend.
