The first earrings I received had a missing stone. I was sent a replacement and those earrings *also* arrived with a damaged stone/setting at the bottom of one earring and dripping silver blobs in areas over both earrings making them look sloppy. Not sure what the issue is with quality control on this item!They are lovely earrings otherwise and so comfortable, lightweight and cute. Very sparkly. I just wish I could get a pair that isn’t damaged!Went to request another replacement but was only allowed to do a return…which states it will take up to 30 days for me to receive a refund…of an item that arrived damaged. That’s unacceptable. Debating on if it’s worth bothering with this company anymore. Either third time is the charm, or I’m just being foolish for still trying. Not happy. Will update if I hear from the company.Update: Never received a response from the company. Took forever to get a refund from Amazon. Had already ordered a third one and that one was damaged as well and sent back. Do not recommend buying from this seller!
