It did not come with funnel/pin that most cremation jewelry comes with so I had to put whole thing in ashes, take it out then tap it to pack it downDid it a 2nd time n not sure if it's completely full or if there is a little chunk keeping it from being packed full.Very hard to screw top back on cuz I didn't have anything to work with in order to clear the area.I love the way it looks, just wish I knew if it was full b4 I had to send it to my cousin.
