My product arrived with the chain separated from the end cap. I had no time to reorder so I had to take it to a local jeweler to be soldered. $15.00 later I had a fairly expensive necklace to give my son for his birthday. Took pictures and mailed it off. Would have been perfect if it wasn't broken on arrival. Cheaply assembled.
