I purchased these clip on earrings for my elderly Mom to wear to her Granddaughter's wedding. They looked very nice and were comfortable for her to wear. i would say it could be easy to loose the rubber piece that is part of the clip. I advised my Mom not not to touch them once they were on and they stayed on very nicely for her. She wore them all day and all evening and she said they didn't hurt her ears like other clip ons she has had.

These are my mom's favorites--clip ons are easy to put on for older hands, magnetic posts require more dexterity. These are simple and appreciated. She can wear these for five hours no hurt, and they're so consistent that when she loses one, we open the next pack and there is the perfect match. They get dropped a lot and the sparkle never falls out. I think we're on our fifth pair.

Clearly I did not pay attention to the fact that these are clip-ons and do not have a pierced post. This is a bit of concern because the hinge is very delicate and with any mishandling at all, I'm pretty certain they will break. Nice sparkle. No stones missing. Earrings were loose in the box and not in the container it was originally meant to be in. They are a nice size and good weight. Bought them because they're platinum plated supposedly, which tends not to tarnish like silver. Decided to return because earrings were not of equal quality.
