I would absolutely not recommend wearing these rings in a septum piercing. My septum is several years healed and the ring I wore from this pack irritated it so badly the hole started to close around it. I had to painfully pry it out and force one of my titanium hoops through. Hopefully the piercing heals again with no lasting negative effects.

this is a great set. they have so many different styles from simple to more extravagant. they're all easy to put on and ive had one in for about a month straight now with little to no issues at all! highly recommend if you like changing out your ring for a different look often.

they are true to size but they used paint and it was chipped off on multiple rings as soon as i opened it i could tell

they are a little small not gauge wise but just circular wise, so if ur septum is prone to infections, idk if these would be best for u, mine has been rather sensitive and irritated at times since using these, but that could also be due to how tough the click ones are to open, and that they end up hurting a bit if I'm not super careful when I try to take them out. they're super cute though and I am glad I got them.
