I got this for my daughter and had it engraved with her grandma's name. I had to email the company so I could the / put in the dates. They responded super fast and sent me pictures of what it would look like. It was wrong and they fixed it before they sent it to me. Super wonderful place to order from. It looks great and my daughter cried when I gave it to her because it ment so much to her. Wonderful person I was emailing. Would reorder from them again and will recommend them to others who may need one. Thanks so much.

Like how it looks and quality. It claimed you could make a note for a symbol to be used but you can't use emojis if it is obvious what you are wanting to use. I wanted a paw print on mine and instead of checking with me or anything my necklace is literally engraved "*paw symbol*" and I even used the words symbol because I thought it would be even more obvious than print. But overall liked the product.

We got one that did not work; the top would not go back together. I emailed the seller, and it took 2 months but we got another, with engraving in the mail, which works perfectly! They also had sent an email back asking for patience and assuring that they would respond soon, about 3 weeks after my complaint. Next thing we got was fully functional replacement! My daughter loves it and wears it daily. It is beautiful.

I lost my beloved dog a few days after Christmas from a tragic accident. I've been looking for a pretty urn necklace ever since and finally found one. I even got the custom engraved on it and it's all just perfect. Paid for expedited shipping and arrived earlier than predicted. It even came with a funnel set to help fill it which I didn't expect so that was a nice surprise. 100% would purchase again and highly recommend! Not to mention, very pretty!

My niece loves this, she put her cats ashes in there. The gem fell off quite quickly. But she still likes it. Took quite a bit of time to get to Arizona. It’s is really pretty. We couldn’t find the gem to glue it back on.

This product came in with incorrect wording. I was super disappointed, because I was careful to try and delete what was pretty loaded into the spaces. You MUST use all lines or it will prefilled what is there when left empty. As far as the item itself its beautiful and heavy. Once replaced its worked out great.

Smaller than I expected but absolutely beautiful. The engraving on the back is perfect. I got it for my cat that I picked out as a kitten for my grandma when I was 2 years old 19 years ago until he got cancer and we had to put him down. My sweet old man can always be with me now ❤
