First, the seller quickly responded to my question of how to order when engraving wasn't required on one (or two) sides - just enter "blank". Worked! They arrived on time and all the requested engraving was exactly what had been ordered. Second, the reservoir was easy to fill - just be careful getting the little screw-top seated so it screws in correctly and evenly when you're finished filling it - and it goes without saying (but saying it anyway) try not to get the cremains in the area where the screw closes it up. Otherwise, you will have trouble getting it seated properly. Three necklaces had been ordered for my niece, my sister and myself and they're all perfect.

Initially I was in love with the necklace. The customization was spot on and it was so beautiful. Right away though I noticed the gem was loose, not secured the way it should be. I was hesitant to wear it but did it anyways. I wore it ONCE to my dads celebration of life and it fell out. Luckily I was able to find it unscathed, and put it back in. But now I refuse to wear it. The necklace means so much to me, it has my dads ashes and his birthstone. I was suppose to wear it to feel close to him. And I can’t. I’ve tried contacting the seller multiple times about it and have got nothing back (over a month now). Went to request a refund and Amazon had me request it from them first. It’s been a week and I’ve herd nothing. Finally making a claim to get my money back. But all I really want is for it to be fixed and wearable!

This item arrived to me damaged. The pink stone had fallen out. Not good. I had to fix it best I could. Not perfect but it will do. I don’t have time to reorder and wait another month for a new one to arrive otherwise I would have returned it. Customized message on it was nice.
