Tried to return....no return policy. The item states a personalized Greek name necklace. When I put the name in it came up Jeffrey. I assumed that's what I would get. His name is 7 letters what I got is 6 characters. The only thing I can make out is a T. Very cheap quality. Waste of time and money,
