I have large ankles (I'm extremely tall and big boned) and this is one of the few ankle bracelets I've found that fit comfortably. I've had it for quite a while and haven't taken it off at all. I've showered, bathed and been all over with it on. It hasn't discolored or changed my skin. Highly recommend!
