I have been through a lot of jewelry that claims to be clean and safe only to have it oxidize in my nose and upset my septum. This little ring, however, has been great. It's a good size (I use the 10mm), the chain is cute, and thankfully is actually made of piercing-safe material, not a single issue with oxidizing or messing with the piercing hole. Quite honestly the only issue it when its straight out of the bag there is a lot of static and the chain clings to the ring. It dies off after about a day and starts hanging normally, unless its cold and your breath gets it wet. Then it clings again, but will hang normally once you warm back up. Love it!

I was so sad to discover I couldn’t use these. They didn’t clasp well, were so small they kept going through my piercing hole and were overall poor quality in appearance and feel.

Might just be where my conch piercing is placed but even the 12mm does not fit for me. I love the piercing I just put it in a lobe for now but I wish they offered larger sizes for this. Definitely measure the diameter from the hole to the edge of your ear before you buy for a conch.

I was worried the chain would dangle too far, but it's very dainty and adds just a touch of detail. The piece is also very nice and well made and was easy to put in!
