Highly recommend the stone is zirconia but the metal is titanium. Easy to fit in my 20G nose spotI go extravagant with this little oversized jewelry compared with a 1.8 mm diamond I possess.The actual size is 3mm and for the season's worth it.

Like I bought this bc I’ve been having an allergic reaction to my previous jewelry first of all the bar is really really short like I can push it up n it will fall right out in seconds and then the diamond is wayyyyy to big it snags on my mask and my glasses

Product arrived fast. The nose ring was just as described. I am super sensitive to nickel and I'm glad to say that this nose ring is certainly nickel-free. It is most definitely G23 titanium as I have not had an allergic reaction to it. I will definitely purchase more jewelry from this company. I am very happy with the product :)
