Great clicker. The hinge mechanism is very good, it doesn't wobble side to side when you try to close the loop like some others I've had. Easy enough to open and close, but stays shut and does not get pulled open accidentally at all. I wear this in a conch where my hair, headphones, etc tug on it all the time. Being titanium, this piece is extremely light! The heavier gauge is almost unnoticeable, versus stainless steel or niobium which I noticed every day because they just weighed a lot.The hinge is invisible looking at the ring from a normal distance- this looks like a solid loop to people around you. If you're new to clickers though, know that the hinge can be felt if it ends up inside your piercing. Rotating the jewelry solves the issue, but because of this you want to only put this in a fully healed location, or somewhere it won't contact outside forces that move it a lot.

Quality skin sensitive metal with hinges that are a little tricky to click together (but that’s a given with tiny hoops) The hoops stay together and come apart as needed.

Beyond pleased with this simple ring. It was easy to get in, and it looks great. I was going back and forth between sizes, but most people who had purchased it for a septum piercing bought the 8mm so that's what I went with. My piercing is pretty high up and it was also pierced on a slight angle because I have a crooked nose - this size still fit with a bit of room. Couldn't be happier with the look. Ease of the clicker is great as well.

I purchased a 16g ring for my septum piercing. Initially I had kind of a tough time getting it to snap in, as it takes a lot of force to get in place. But I ended up taking pliers and expanding the ring just ever so slightly and it has worked perfectly since. Stays in place, hasn't faded or anything, and have had no irritation at all from it. And I am very sensitive to low quality materials. I've been wearing it for about the last two months. Definitely nice quality, simple jewelry.

The jewelry seems sturdy and I had no issues with the hinge at all. But I am concerned that I didn’t received to a real titanium ring… I changed out my old jewelry to this one and immediately several hours later, I started noticing some itchiness. I didn’t think much of it because my skin has been dry from the constant weather changes. I woke up today to my piercing site extremely itchy. I’m trying so hard not to scratch it. I took out the new jewelry and put back in my old jewelry and hoping my piercing will go back to normal. I would like to state that my piercing was completely healed for least 10 years so it can not be blamed for premature jewelry changing..etc

Where the hoop clicks into itself isn’t very seamless when it’s closed together, so the edge is kind of sharp. It was pretty hard to open and close. I used this on a six month old daith piercing because curved barbells were too long and difficult to maneuver in such a small area. I’m still using the hoop, just in a much older cartilage piercing that isn’t as sensitive to the lifted edge. It looks great though!

This is a great piece of jewelry. I love the way it looks, and it feels great in my septum. The only problem that I have is the hinge and clicker can be a little hard to work with. That's great because it makes sure the ring is secure, but the downside is that it can be hard to open to put in or take out.

I ordered based on my existing horseshoe septum, so it was bigger than expected, but I'm a fan! easy to put in, the hinge stays open when you want it and closed when it should stay closed. I'm not used to clickers yet so finding the seam and opening the hinge to take it off was tricky the first time, but nowhere near as tricky as the balls on normal piercings
