I hadn’t had jewelry in my navel piercing for a while undergoing tests and surgeries you can’t have metal in you for… so naturally when I put something back, it got pissed off… I knew the jewelry I had still intact was cheap, and the ring used to make the piercing decades ago is no longer usable. I didn’t mind some peoples reports Of not being as expected…It was only HOURS after changing to this ring that my piercing was no longer crusting and bright red from attempted rejection/healing after over 2 weeks of pain trying and not adjusting at all to the other jewelry I owned! The quality of what I bought WAS good.. no problems losing the stones. I have many Derm issues and sensitivities, I had ZERO reaction to this.. it literally SAVED THE DAY… one pic is having taken out my other jewelry and you can see my skin piercing is inflamed and red… the other pic is having put in this titanium 1/2” 14 gauge barbell in pink after only a FEW HOURS!! Literally night and day! The first 2 days I gently washed it twice a day with mild soap and water like common navel piercing healing needs. The new jewelry had ZERO pain or side effects, its like I don’t have it in, I can just carry on life again with my piercing all healed up and happy (AND CUTE!!) like I said NIGHT AND DAY!! IM GOING TO HAVE TO BUY MORE!!!Follow Up Dec 29, 2022: My navel piercing didn’t even take a day to heal with this new jewelry… I still after this time have zero pain or inflammation. The stones in the jewelry have not fallen out and I play around with it, wear high rise navel waist jeans of current trends, plus I had gained and lost a lot of weight and am in my mid 40’s so don’t have the perfect flat stomach I did decades ago when I had my belly button pierced. My piercing originally took 9-12 months even to heal back then… a still normal, but longer length of time it can take to heal, even following the directions for the piercing way back then… my piercing was a hot mess putting in jewelry again… I DID follow up &!buy several more of these titanium barbells in different lengths and colors and am still extremely satisfied. None of them have changed color, lost stones, or ever made my piercing get irritated again… I can sit with it in high rise jeans, or my no longer in my 20’s belly roll (lol), I can fidget with it, I don’t have to religiously clean it twice daily as if it is a new or currently aggravated trying to heal, I can take them out and change to the other jewelry I came back to purchase addl pieces, I can take it out for tests and surgeries and put it back in after days…… AND STILL PERFECT CONDITION AND STILL MY PIERCING HAS BEEN HEALED AND HAPPY EVER SINCE!!! My skin is so sensitive to metals, I can’t even change or wear costume jewelry EARRINGS in my standard location ear piercings without my ears getting red and hot and crusted! If these barbells were crap, fake metal and not as described, my navel piercing would be unbearably painful and infected. These are the best metal navel jewelry I’ve ever owned.

It’s beautiful. I still have it on. No issues with the jewels dropping out or fastening but be careful when attaching. To prevent stripping the threads - Give it a couple opposite turns with light pressure if at all until you can feel it align. Use very very light ( barely skin of your finger tips ) to tighten. These are just like any other jewelry type threads— very fine. It’s good material like it says it is. The value is there.

I haven't changed out my belly ring for over 5 years (to something that i wear long-term) so i was worried that this one would make it irritated and i also didn't know what size to get. I think the only reason the piercing got a little annoyed at first was because of the external threading, but after a day, it was totally fine. I wish i thought to measure the size of the bottom stone, because this one is also larger than my previous. This can affect the size of the ring you want to buy because a larger stone means less space in the belly button itself, which means you may want a smaller size. I did have to make a return to get the next size down because the top stuck out too far on the 1/2".I give it five stars because after the initial hurdles (which, imho, were on me and not the product), it is a great belly ring. It's super sparkly, and I'm obsessed with the color. It looks better in person than in the images!

Beautiful! Exactly as described. Great quality, clean and professional packaging, and in perfect condition. With some other jewelry, I've found the large stone will sometimes be loose, but that is not the case with this piece at all, and I am extremely happy. The color is so vibrant and beautiful, definitely recommend this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Took out of package and noticed the gem was gone and floating around the bag. Didn’t even get the chance to wear it because it was broken upon arrival. Also looks really cheap not like real titanium.
