I got my nose pierced 8 months ago and waited over (the mandatory time for a nose piercing) 6 months with the tacky stud that my nose was pierced with and couldn't wait to put something pretty there. It took me a while to get the piercing stud out because it was long and twisted (designed that way to not fall out) and it got my nose a little irritated. I let my nose rest for a few hours and it seemed okay, so I put this pretty little butterfly in. It was beautiful and smaller than I expected, I feared it being big and gaudy, it's not. It's lovely. But now, as I write this review, I'm sitting here with this butterfly nose ring stuck in my nose. The butterfly broke off and the end is very sharp. It left a piece of very sharp metal on the end where it broke. I contacted Amazon about it and they told me that they would contact the third party company I bought it from. I can't get this out of my nose and I'm afraid I may need to have it cut out. It's either that, or I pull the sharp jagged end through my nose which sounds unpleasant. It's been a week since I called Amazon and I haven't received the replacement they promised me and I haven't heard back from the company about this thing being stuck in my nose. I called Amazon a few minutes ago and was told that this was the first they were hearing of it. WHAT? They had nothing about this. So I made a new report and the person I spoke to today said he'd do what the other lady said she would do, contact the company and give me credit, instead of sending a replacement. Then I get an email that says that my refund has started but cannot be processed until I return the item. I have no idea when the butterfly even fell off, it's gone and the other half is stuck in my face, so I don't know what to do.

Butterfly came with packaging that stated it was surgical steel. I tried to manipulate the piece to check for quality before placement and everything was sturdy. Not too big yet quality metal. Skin isn't having a reaction. The butterfly is a tad bit heavy so it spins often but it stays in the nose.

Great purchase but the stem is a bit thick for a new piercing. It will not go through with a 1 year old piercing. It will hurt to wear.

The nose ring looks like the photo, but not exactly. The bar is much smaller, and the nose ring is not as quality as the photo. I feel like they got a nose ring from the beauty store and sold it to me, tbh. It also made my nose sick, and gave me a big pus bump that also bled when I popped it. Such a horrible experience from one little ring
