amazing customer service! they refunded my previous purchase because the ring was too large and the gage was not thick enough (1mm/22G). I did measure from my piercing to the end of my nostril and even though it measured almost 1 mm, this 0.8 mm fits perfectly! 20 G is also a great size. It's easy to put in and out now that my new job requires me to remove it when I'm there. Very happy with my nose ring!

I ordered the smallest size and it was surprisingly much smaller than I was expecting. I reached out to the company and they were extremely accommodating. They mailed me a size up, which fit perfectly, and I simply sent them back the old one in the mail. Fast, excellent customer service and a good product at a cheap price. I may just order myself another one! If you want a snug fitting ring but don't have a crazy small nose (I'd say mine is smaller/average sized) I would suggest the 5/16".

I ordered the 8mm because it is the best for my smaller nostrils and I've tried 10mm and it's too big, and the actual diameter of the ring was perfect! Unfortunately, the actual circumference was much too small...it feels as though half the ring is missing? This wouldn't be fixed by getting a larger size, because it would be too big, but still not long enough around to make it look like an actual ring. I am very disappointed in this product, as it doesn't look much like the photo.

I like that it showed up on time but when I actually opened the package it was tiny. I thought it would actually be a little bit bigger.

I bought a surgical steel nose hoop because the ring I previously had in was irritating my skin. This looks great, great size and my nose has healed beautifully with the hoop. When I first received my package, the envelope was empty... I guess the ring must've fallen out because it's so small. I sent a message to FifthCue and they were SUPER polite and replied right away. They sent me the ring I had ordered PLUS an additional ring in case I needed a different size. True professionals and I really appreciate their customer service. I will continue to shop with them.

This is a great little nose ring. I have a small nose and have had such a hard time finding the right sized hoop and I finally found it.. only thing is that it does move around quite a bit and I actually lost one and had to reorder.. but reordered because it’s perfect!

I measured to find the right size for myself and it fits great. It's small and cute and the metal has not irritated my skin. It's comfortable and stays in place well, but I haven't tried sleeping with it in. The price is great. I highly recommend it.
