I purchased the larger size for my septum and it turned out to be too big but I ended up keeping it and ordering one more for a pair of earrings. Also ordered the smaller size for my septum and love it!I have a small nose, so the smaller size is still a tiny bit big but I still love it. Comfy!

I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and does not irritate my nose at all. It has two versatile looks, the V and the rounded shape and I switch between both. Will buy gold again if I ever lose this one.
