The smaller stone settings actually look authentic and at a glance, could pass for being real diamonds. But the three larger “faux” topaz look so out of place. They subtract from the beauty of the smaller stones. The topaz stones are just way too much for the setting. The silver is not stamped does not appear to be a real, but the the filigree on the sides of the Ring are beautiful. The ring USA bit heavy and the workmanship is well done.
