Must Watch Before Buying! Expanding Photo Locket

I clicked customize, I uploaded pictures and I received the locket without any pictures. What was the point of uploading my pictures if you weren’t going to put them in the locket? I want to return this now I have no use for it. I can’t put any pictures in it myself that’s the whole reason I uploaded the pictures and the whole reason I purchased this locket, was because it was supposed to come preloaded with my pictures already inside. These exact same lockets are cheaper without the photos, so what was the extra cost for? On top of that once you open the locket it’s nearly impossible to close. It’s also way bigger than I thought.

Very pretty locket. I like the design and the overall concept of this necklace. The locket itself is a bit bulky and the metal feels a bit cheap. The locket is somewhat hard to open so be gentle, one of the hinge pieces has already broken off from opening it. However, it’s a great product for the price.

Bought to wear as a memorial tribute at a wedding. I like that there are 4 picture spots that hang vertically. Had to use tweezers to pry it open. I intend to leave it open for fear that much use will break it. It’s very cheaply made. There is nothing to hold the pictures in. Had to secure pictures with tape until I get glue. I’m just hopeful it lasts through one day of ceremonies and then I’ll put it up.UPDATE: Never got glue. The tape held the pictures in place. Other than not having a good way to secure pictures, this held up nicely and I would buy it again and recommend it to others for special events. I cut the chain apart and secured to clothing with a safety pin.
