It came in a nice cloth bag inside a small sized little plastic fold zipped baggy to keep necklace and pendant safe and protected.It also came with a nice card for instructions on cleaning and other information on the business as well. I Love that it also came with a small jewelry cloth to keep it clean and smudge free from fingers touching it!The presentation is Amazing and gets an A Plus fr. Me! It makes a great gift and the company goes over and above to make you feel great about your purchase, or if getting as a gift! The presentation with the keep safe bags and the cloth bag is wonderful to have as well.I love the actual Italian Horn. I have always wanted one and being almost all Italian, I thought it was a out time to get one! I'm so happy that this is my first!At first I wasn't sure if the chain would look too big or thick on me, but it was absolutely perfect.I love the length that it comes down to when wearing. The chain looks so nice when I'm wearing it! As you can see in my added photos, there are several links on the chain that can be linked to make the chain longer or shorter. That's a great feature. The necklace is easy to put on and take off by yourself, which is always a plus!I love it! It's beautiful and I definitely will be wearing it regularly for the symbolism and my Italian ancestry!I'm very pleased with the brand as well. They really made an effort to make it a very nice and enjoyable experience to open the package.Plus having the extra reusable cotton bag that can be closed again, along with the jewelry cleaner fabric as well.I would definitely get this as a gift for a friend or family member. I would also purchase from this company again whether it is another one of these Italian horns or other items available!Beautiful piece and love that it comes with a chain as well. Love this! Very small and delicate but we'll made. Just a touch of sparkle at the throat. Great for layering. Got the silver, looks like white gold with tiny diamond.

This product is a classic example of you-get-what-you-pay-for. The design is really cute and classic, and the product photos make it look lovely. However, it doesn't quite look like the photos. The chain is not as well put together as the images make it look but most disappointing about this was the bail on the pendant. It is very cheap looking and designed in such a way that you can't rotate or slide the pendant on the chain. The photos of the necklace on the women's necks give a more accurate picture of what the actual necklace looks like.

I got this because it was affordable so I wasn't expecting the quality to be amazing to begin with, but the color of the necklace just screams cheap. The gold is very yellow and is not flattering. Save your money.
