The picture does NOT do it justice - and the picture is quite good, which should tell you how perfect this item is! Although not "specifically" described as the sorting hat from the Harry Potter movies, I can tell you it might as well have been from the HP Collection at Pandora, because it is THAT authentic looking! it's GORGEOUS! Can't even BEGIN to describe the amazing service! Package included not only the item I ordered, but ALSO a LOVELY thank you note, a free silver polishing cloth, AND even a bracelet (which appears to be an authentic Pandora single strand leather bracelet, with pandora embossed in the clasp, just like the single leather rope ones Pandora used to carry - that's a SERIOUS BONUS, because as I recall these bracelets used to retail for $45) - the last two items not even mentioned in the listing. In this time of uncertain delivery times, the package was supposed to arrive late April but I received it only 4 days after ordering! It was packaged SO well that I almost missed this tiny little charm (it's a normal sized charm, but let's be honest, they ARE little by design), which was buried deep in a pretty organza bag - in short, it was NEVER going to get lost or fall out even if the package had been torn open - and as I said, I almost didn't even see it there! Not enough words for how fantastic everything was with this whole transaction! Fits Pandora leather and snake bracelets perfectly, and makes my Pandora HP collection look even more complete! I can't get over how much it really looks like it is just another part of the collection! Will purchase from her again! And you should too!
