I got this for my best friend’s ashes & it came in today. I absolutely love it. I bought it to replace the original one (different pendant & different seller) I had that fell apart a few months after I bought it. Now I’m glad the previous one broke so quickly because this one is so much better - in appearance, size, quality, feel, & price. It’s small, I’d say, probably less than an inch in diameter, but it looks nice, and elegant. If you’re actually going to put some kind of photo or something inside the opening, I’m not sure if it’s waterproof when it’s closed, I have not tried it yet. I’m currently carrying my mother around in it, who passed recently, and I thought about putting a small photo of her inside of it, but I have not removed it once since putting it on two months ago, so I been kind of afraid that anything I put in there might get ruined as I wear it in the shower and everything. Getting ashes into it was kind of difficult as the opening is very small as well as the funnel and ashes are not all that fine, so I had to keep fighting with trying to force through little chunks, but, I like it, and I really hope that it holds up over the many, many years I will be wearing this.

It’s a quality craftsmanship I wear it every day as my mom and dad’s in it. I also ordered the Saint Michael pendant today but I don’t like that she sent me that heart as a gift and I gave it to my sister and then I have to pay for it I don’t think that’s a good practice, but it has good stuff

The necklace is quite beautiful and the chain seems sturdy and strong. The funnel and pin for filling were handy. My only concern is that if the necklace does not remain upright (hanging around a neck or laying face up) ashes fall out from the front facing.
