I have been a Master Mason for over 50 years now. At 21, I petitioned for membership in Demming #88 at North Manchester, Indiana. At that time and age it was a natural progression from my college social fraternity, The Acacia Fraternity. The Theorem's solution holds significance to members of Acacia, and geometry is allegorical to both fraternal groups.I wear the emblem as a collar pin, not much call for coat lapels in Florida, and often receive comments about it. Most recognize the square and compass, but the "ears" startle some. The short of it is; the pin is a conversation starter.The size is just right. The pin quality is excellent for the price, and I wish I had found it when I was younger.

I have purchased 2 units of this pin some while ago, one for me, one as a gift for a brother. I would greatly recommend it given its low price and high value and meaning. Note that the squares' colors are Blue and not Black as it may appear to some.
