Let me start off by saying that I know every natural pearl will look different. Between Nordstrom and Amazon, I've ordered this necklace 3 times and each time the shape has been waaaaaay off from what the several pictures shown in the listing look like and pics from other customers. The three I've received have never had tapered, tear-drop shaped tops that connect to the necklace-- they've always looked smashed flat, like someone smooshed it between their fingers like play doh. The unattractive shape is not a knock on Amazon but rather the brand, since I bought from both Nordstrom and Amazon and had the same issue. I wish the brand provided more pictures with a greater variation of the pearl shapes they're *actually* sending people so you know it's a toss up. I'll probably reorder one more time and hope I get a prettier one but after that it might be time to give up. I love the gold link chain, the length, and the main part of the pearl-- it's just the tops that have always come out ugly and weird.

As a plus size person, necklaces where the base chain length is so small makes it necessary to add lengtheners to match the intended style.The necklace it self is good quality. The gold is a good shade. The pearl isn't dull. But the smallest chain size actually fits one of my cats better than me. So something to keep in mind if your neck is around 17" round.

This necklace is on a delicate 15 inch chain, which is too short for many women. It also comes with a 5 inch extender, though, so the 15 inch length is not a serious issue. The single pearl is the star with the delicate paper clip style gold plated brass necklace chain. The nacre of the pearl is a balancing look with the bright gold-plated delicate chain.This is a unique necklace that will work in quite casual situations as well as more formal times.

This necklace is very pretty in person and seems well constructed. I absolutely love the gold paperclip chain with a pearl pendant making it very easy to wear with a variety of outfits! I am wearing it in the middle of the extension so you can make it shorter or longer depending on preference. I did make it the longest I could to see if I could just slip it on over my head but i could not. I hope this is helpful.

I typically only purchase 14k gold or silver. this caught my eye and decided to try it. This looks like the real deal wearing with my other real 14k pieces. Very elegant and pretty. I like to be able to layer this with my other simple items.
