Ordered last year in April for Mother’s Day and it took over a month to receive so I did not have it on Mother’s Day like I thought I would. However I can’t fully blame the seller because Covid pandemic was fairly new and shipping was slow on EVERYTHING at the time. However the seller was responsive to my emails and once I did receive it, it was beautiful and my step mother loved it.

I love my necklace. I got to have my 4 kids and 2 grand kids with me everyday. It lasted longer than I thought. The chain was a little thin so it broke after 4 months of wearing it. I sure do hope the buyer does repairs. Because I miss wearing my necklace.

I emailed the company and they were awesome and gave me no hassle on replacing one for me without a problem and of no charge. I think customer service like this goes a long way. I usually never write reviews but this was amazing. The quality is much better than expected. I also thought it would be a little big based off of the other photos but its actually perfect. It took 18 days to receive which isnt that bad considering it's custom made. It was a present for my mom with all her grandkids names... It's never a good thing to see your mother cry but she definitely did when she opened this. The only thing I would say is that the box it was shipped with has inserts for earrings and a necklas but honestly who cares.

We ordered the one with four names. It was a good price relative to other sites and the quality seems pretty good. The design isn't special, but width throughout the symbol is constant, so it looks a bit plain/basic, but it may be necessary on the four name design to ensure its strong enough.

Nice, I guess I was expecting it to be a bit larger even though I read the dimensions in the description - very pretty but has hard edges and the letter's in the names are a bit too close together. Nice for the price. Took forever to ship - the date on the package when it shipped was November 25th - I received the package on December 28th, yep over a month.

I just love my necklace. It symbolizes both of my children the oldest which name is on the top of the eternal infinity symbol and my youngest on the bottom. I love the fact that I can wear it with anything, it doesnt break out my neck and I can shower in it as well without it changing. It’s the perfect size for my neck and I receive so many compliments on it. I recommended to everyone! My sister ordered her pendant with all four of her kids names. We just love our pendants! I see now why it’s 5 stars ⭐️
