I have bought inspirational rings before and was really looking forward to this one. As far as adjustable bypass rings go… This one misses the mark altogether. It’s made out of a much thicker steel that is extremely hard to adjust without a set of pliers! while I like the fact that the metal remains shiny and looks much sturdier than other bypass rings I have that are made out of probably aluminum… The corners on the ends of this ring are so sharp that if you happen to brush up against your face or another part of your body too strongly, you will scratch yourself badly and could draw blood… I did.What was probably the most disappointing part of the ring, though was the black enamel that is used to fill the stamped letters… It was completely gone inside of a month. So that nice inspirational message… “Be brave“ I can’t even read it anymore.! from now on, I’ll stick with my cheap aluminum bypass rings… A note to the manufacturer… You need to round the corners of the ring ends… it’s seriously dangerous… Also, I think the shiny coating that you’re putting on the silver or steel or whatever is probably what’s making your enamel come off so quickly.
