Stones seemed nice - purchased to go with a Kendra Scott necklace because these were same shape and made from 10k gold and not plaited…but wow these are really pricey for the size …. Really really small …Really pricey for sizeGuess I misjudged size 🤦🏻‍♀️That’s why only 4-star —- suggestion either bigger stones or less cost they would have garnered a better rating from a frequent shopper

These are lovely earrings -- I like the simple design of this minimalist collection. I ordered the opal in yellow gold and they are fairly small & just the right size for me for daily wear. All of the choices in this line were really pretty and it was hard to choose. I fully intended to order one of the genuine gemstones, but for some reason the opal earrings really caught my eye. They are lab created opals but they catch and reflect the light beautifully. I like the rectangular emerald cut of the opals, which is different from any of my other earrings. The cage-like setting elevates and highlights the stone. I think the double prongs at each corner are a fun and unusual touch. The earrings feel substantial in my hand, but they don't feel heavy at all while I am wearing them so I can easily keep them on all day. I find that my ears are sensitive to some metals, but I did not experience any issues while wearing these earrings. The only problem I did have is that the backings for the earrings are ridiculously tiny and hard for me to hold. I fumbled around for quite awhile before I finally got these earrings on! They arrived in a white box labeled with the Nicole Miller logo. Inside is a small white velvet drawstring bag for storage although the earrings were actually in a small plastic bag. If giving these as a gift, it might be a good idea to put the earrings in the drawstring bag for a nicer presentation. Overall, I think these are beautiful, well designed earrings; the quality of the gemstone is high and the attention to detail in creating the setting is top notch. The current price of $54.00 seems very reasonable to me, and I am definitely interested in other jewelry from this designer.
