These are nice emerald earrings. At first I didn't notice that the side crystals weredented in. But it makes the emerald stick out more on your ears. They're very light weight. They are very easy to wear. They will dress up any outfit. The fourteen carat gold plate and their studs have not turned my ears green, or any other color. So I'm happy with that. They would make a great gift.

These are exactly what you are paying for. They aren't high-end jewelry. They also aren't super-cheap looking. I like them. The "gem" is a nice solid green that is accurate to what was offered. The pearl is luminous and even if it's fake, it does a really good imitation. I do not know if it is fake or not. The cubic zircon-type bits are all well seated and don't seem like they will fall off soon.These are not overly-large, but they are noticeable. I might also order a set of the other version where the pearl is on a drop chain.They were packaged in a black cardboard gift box with a foam and felt display insert. They earrings themselves were in little baggies inside the box on top of the insert. They were actually secured and separated by having one in a smaller baggie, which was placed inside a bigger baggie with the second earring. That would keep them from scratching each other up during shipping, which I think is an awesome bit of attention to detail. That also keeps the earrings protected from having the stud part punching through the box or tearing up the foam/felt display piece if shipping gets rough.I will update if these start to tarnish or give the "green goo" circle on my ears.

The emerald looks the part and is alright for costume jewelry of this price range. However, the pearls look like they are made from plastic with a uniform color, no depth to the sheen, and very lackluster shine.It comes in a black gift box whose picture I've uploaded.
