I've noticed that a lot of jewelry I've recieved from Amazon are much more dainty than if i were to purchase them from stores in the states. I've come to the conclusion that this must be because a lot of the things on Amazon are from Asian locations. It's my understanding that the typical Asian sizes for anything from jewelry to clothing to footwear is much more petite than the typical U.S Sizes. It's merely a theory I have based on my experiences. It's not a complaint or judgment, just an observation that helps me remember to order a size up or read all reviews first before purchasing any jewelry to see if it's not too dainty.Upon receiveing this Elmas Sterling Silver necklace, I was already expecting it to be tiny based on my other experiences with jewelry on Amazon but still hoped it wouldn't be. Unfortunately, sure enough it was extremely small. This necklace appears to be perfect for a preteen or someone with an petite frame. It just wouldn't feel secure enough nor comfortable on a thicker body frame.The lock & key pendants are beautiful. There's also 0.04 carats of diamonds that give out teeny minuscule of sparkle when light hits it just right.It does tangle easily as it took me awhile to untangle just for the photos for this review so store in a jewelry box in a hanging fashion to prevent tangles.Chain is quite thin but appears sturdy and strong enough. Pendants while beautiful, you'd have to strain to see them as they're so tiny.Overall for the price point I couldn't justify recommending this for an adult in my opinion this is much more suitable for a preteens birthday or Christmas gift at $49.

Elmas Jewelry Sterling Silver 0.04 Carat Round (I-J Color, I3 Clarity) White Diamond Heart Key Lock PendantThis is a gorgeous necklace with a tiny lock and key charms. Each charm is decorated with diamond chips that really sparkle. The chain is super silky and easy to clasp. This necklace is really on par with something you would buy at a nicer department store. It has a nice weight to it and is very giftable. It comes in a nice paper box with velvet interior. The necklace is a bit hard to get out and not destroy it. It would have been nice to have it lift out easier so you can store the necklace there while not wearing it.

This is a very unique, cute and delicate necklace that I have gotten a number of compliments on when I wear it. The charms are a bit smaller than I expected but it is still very cute.The chain is very nice, durable, and doesn't tangle. The clasp is kind of tiny, I always have to fasten this necklace on backwards and look at the clasp in the mirror to get it fastened.Overall this is a very pretty necklace that I will get a lot of use out of. It's high quality and I would recommend. Make sure to check the size before ordering; the charms on the necklace are very tiny and delicate.

I'm a teacher and wore this maybe twice and the chain broke right in the middle. I'll probably put the tiny charms on another necklace or bracelet, but I don't think a box should break like that.

This is a lovely sterling necklace. The pendant is set with tiny diamonds which sparkle in direct sun, but which are not visible in normal light without looking very close and carefully. The petite box chain necklace is nice and suspends two charms--the key and the lock--a good choice for those who like small pendants. It would be especially nice for teens. The key is 1/2 inch long and set with four tiny diamonds. The "lock" is around 3/8 of an inch. I like this, but only gave it four stars, because I think it ought to be priced lower.

I love this necklace. It's dainty and pretty and can be worn in a casual or dress setting. I like it to wear to work.The chain is 18" which is the perfect length for me. The lock is about 3/8 inch and the key about 1/2 inch. These are small and dainty and perfect for those who like more pretty but subtle jewelry. The real diamonds sparkly under lights, especially sunlight. This necklace looks elegant and not cheap looking at all. For those who love sterling silver, tis is a great piece. It comes in a nice jewelry box for gift giving.There really isn't anything I don't like about this but I would encourage the seller to list the length of the chain in the description and not just provide a photo of the length as it sits differently on a variety of body types.
