four-leaf clover symbolizes luck & indeed I feel lucky to have found this small delightful pendant; it is precisely what I was looking for. However, this .925 SS pendant is a three-leaf clover, or a shamrock as it is popularly called. I like to think it would gain St. Patrick's approval!The combination of a Celtic trinity knot inside of each of the three clover leaves conveys the symbolism I desire. The pendant is the perfect size to wear on a 14" or 16" dainty sterling chain; it lays nicely just below my throat. I couldn't care less if some might think wearing a shamrock piece of jewelry ought to be reserved for St.Paddy's Day; this ol' American Irish lass will be wearing it daily! Customarily, I wear jewelry that carries meaning to me personally.I estimate the pendant approximates the size of a dime. Since I already own a few short chains, it was so practical to be able to purchase this lovely pendant by itself. I really appreciate that option. As others have posted, the pendant is small, thin, & delicate-looking, but I am not the least bit concerned about it being fragile & breaking. Everyday I wear exclusively sterling silver & I know how to maintain it well. I've been wearing a SS Celtic cross with a tiny emerald set in its center for about 10 years. I'm looking forward to at least another 20 years wearing the both of them. By the way, the pendant is even more attractive when seen upclose in person!Thank you, Seller, & Customers who answered my question prior to my purchasing decision; your collective answers solidified my determination to buy as soon as I was able.
