Horus, an Egyptian sky god

His symbol the falcon appears in the ancient pyramid texts. The "Horus Eye" emerges from the battle between Horus and his father's jealous brother. During this battle Horus lost his left eye. Upon his victory he traveled to raise his father, Osiris, from the dead and offer him his sacrificed eye.

This is a very cute ring and I have gotten several compliments about it. The eye of Horus helps with protection against negative energy and the Lapis Lazuli stone is simple yet stunning in this design. I love that you can adjust it slightly but keep in mind if you stretch it too much the design does not look great. The only negative I have is that it sometimes snags on loose knitted materials and I have snagged it in my hair once. Other than that design issue, it is still a beautiful ring to wear daily.
