Update***company offered refund due to the quality. Good customer service. While I didn't use the bracelet I did use earrings and a necklace from this company and it looked great. No issues and good quality.Had strings hanging out.. didn't break as of yet but I'm nervous to wear it for my big day and I'm nervous I won't get it in time if i ask for replacement .
