The hummingbird is busily sipping his nectar, amidst a riot of pink flowers. This is definitely a big necklace, but not so big it needs its own zip code. However, if you like small jewelry this ain't it! The overall color is pink, and there are several shades of pink here. Some stones are more coral pink, and others are more blue-pink, and the pinks range from baby pink to deep fuschia pink. The bird has a gold jeweled body, and the wings are peridot green. The bigger flowers have large pink crystals in the center and those stones have an aurora borealis coating, so the light dances very prettily with them. The overall shape is a chevron, so it will work especially well with vee neck shirts, open neck blouses, or blazers. For its size, it's not terribly heavy, but you will be aware of it on your neck. The front piece is articulated so it lays correctly on your neck, and it has a lobster claw clasp that you can easily extend. The chain is made up of pink painted flowers with tiny pink crystals in the center of each flower. This chain would make a lovely bracelet, Kiss Bling! Hint, hint! The earrings are large, pink, and sparkly. But they're very lightweight, and they are for pierced ears only, with a post and clutch closure. I think this necklace set would be appropriate in most offices, casual social events, date night, prom, or as a gift for your favorite jewelry addict. If you work with kids, this could be especially fun. You will attract attention in this set, so be prepared for comments and compliments. And above all have FUN with this.
