Earring broke a week after use. Nice cheap earrings but I prefer they not fall apart so quickly. I set them aside and felt disappointed thinking, “Oh well, what a shame.” By the time I thought of checking on the Amazon or the manufacturer’s return or refund policy, the window for submitting such a claim had closed. Maybe customer service will see this, contact me, accept the defective earrings, and send me a replacement.
