This was my first purchase and won't be my last. My second daughter was born 2 years ago and I've been looking for a piece of jewelry that exemplified me and my two daughters. It took a long time-- 2 1/2 years in fact. I "wish-listed" a lot of pieces, even this one. I kept going back to this one, though-- the simple design, the price and the write up seemed a great match. It was all that when I received it, but here are some things I didn't expect that really impressed me:1) I received it on time despite Winter Storm Grayson (I'm in the Boston area). In fact, I ordered other things at the same time and this was the first to arrive.2) The mailing envelope had an Efy Tal sticker on the outside of it, thanking me for my purchase, which set a great tone right away.3) When I opened the envelope, everything was packaged: the necklace was in a bag specifically designed "Silver Saver(c)" bag to preserve perfect silver until the gift needs delivery. The box was ready for setup. There was a small gift bag, a small matching blank gift envelope, an extra necklace extender, and a Customer Card with excellent care and safe-keeping instructions. There was another thank you card with a proud and customer-centric print out explaining the dedication Efy has for her business, her products and her customers along with a coupon for my next purchase.This is the kind of customer care you usually only experience in a community small business. It is very obvious how she feels about her craft and her customers.Way to go Efy-- you have a customer for life. When you could have simply delivered a piece of jewelry, you instead delivered a customer experience along with your jewelry. Thank you, and may other small businesses learn from you.Best,~Christa D
