I took a chance on buying this with no reviews and I do not regret it! Very quality, the stones are beautiful and pictures do NOT do justice to the color or sparkle of the stones. It looks like a faux alexandrite and is gorgeous!Very smooth edges all around the barbell and stone settings, I normally have a problem with putting bars in from the bottom in this piercing, but this went right in with no friction at all. The top stone seems to screw in securely, which is an issue I've had with other internally threaded barbells.So far I havent had a reaction to the metal, so I would say it is actually titanium as advertised. If you're sensitive to everything else like I am, buy this. You wont regret it.

I have not worn a belly button ring in a few years because I had babies but was ready to put jewelry back in.
