They are cute and have great colors, I thought I was getting a good deal. Well, they are pieces of crap!!! They only screw in 1 full turn and stick out 3 more rotations above you skin. They look horrible and catch on everything. My dermals are in my collar bone area and I could literally only wear them for 5 minutes before my necklace pulled on it and my hair got caught around it. I wasn't even able to snap a picture to show you how stupid they look. Such a bummer!! If I wish I could give 0 stars!!

I don't think the shaped tops are 4mm since they did not work with my holder tool of that size, just slid right out. The ball gems definitely worked though.The gems stick out from your face a little too much for my liking. When I put on my mask (cheekbone dermal) the extra room is nice for the edge of the fabric but when I'm sitting at home its annoying. Definitely can't sleep with it sticking out so far.I did manage to get the star in for a second and it's cute but then it fell out because it was so small I couldn't twist it in all the way. I can tell that the shapes and disc will lay flat if you can manage to get them in properly.
