The feature I like best is that I can clip it on/off and wear it with many bracelets. I wear mostly gold jewelry, and most gold-plated bracelets purchased through other suppliers are limited in style. I dont want to spend a lot of one money on one bracelet I'd have to wear all the time. This is a great option. The quality is very good. The "engraving" is easy to read, just a little concerned about it lasting as it looks like it was maybe applied to the surface rather actually engraved into the metal.

Love this. It's so much prettier than normal medical alerts. Love the color. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the black on the lettering has rubbed off. I wear mine 24/7-- in the shower, in the swimming pool, everywhere. The black lettering started rubbing off within a week. But you can still see my food allergies.
