I was expecting plastic costume jewelry but imagine my surprise when I opened the boxes and found out they were actually metal. The quality is well worth the price in my opinion because the pendants are beautiful. I'm going to try collecting them but I do have one critique. The necklace cord is too long, it wasn't a big deal since I can adjust it with a new clamp price but just food for thought.

The company resolved the issue by sending me a new order that arrived just in time for Christmas. The product is AMAZING!
