*****UPDATED 5-20-22*****I contacted the seller about the scratching issue and sent in pictures. It turned out the scratching was caused by the protective film. We did not even notice it was on the clasping mechanism. It is very clear and hard to see.Once it was removed it was very comfortable and easy to wear.It really is beautiful in person and now that it is comfortable to wear I would say we would definately buy it again._________________________________________________________________I got this for my husband to wear when we go out dressed up.He normally wears a smart watch, but even with a decent band they are not attractive. I thought this would be a nice elegant way to dress him up a little.It arrives packaged beautifully. Very gift worthy.When we openeding it I was happy with how classy it looked.Everything about it looked great....Then he put it on.....Right from the start it scratched him, He complained that it hurt. I thought he was joking. He took it off and I saw the scratch red marks on his wrist. I thought, that maybe he just needed to adjust the aize. (It does come with a sizing tool)I looked at it, felt it, rubbed the edges. Nothing felt particularly sharp or wrong.I tried it on myself to see what was going on. It scratched at my skin right away.There is something on the clasp that is not shaped or filed correctly causing it.I would not buy it again.
