My wife had wanted an infinity band with our daughter's gemstone (emerald for May) mixed with diamonds, since she was born. In the meantime, our son (November, citrine) was born, less than a year prior to our 10 year anniversary. I had previously looked into this for certain occasions, but opted for other jewelry for one reason or another, more recently because with another child soon to arrive, I figured I would explore options to incorporate both. I always had a hard time finding the exact infinity band she was looking for, and I had spoken with a couple of jewelers here and there. Most everything would have to be custom made, and not cheap, obviously. Then came the pandemic, and as we lead up to our 10 year, it became increasingly difficult to get out and find a jeweler and go through the process. Then I found this seller, who offers the exact items I'm looking for - and though they're offered as products, I was impressed to learn that they're handmade to order.First, the quality is beautiful. Absolutely stunning. The gold is heavy and high quality, and the stones are clear and beautiful. I was worried about the thickness of the pieces, which is why I ultimately decided to go with the two pieces. But each one stands alone beautifully. Doesn't look thin and flimsy wearing even just one.The most impressive part was the customer service. My wife's wedding band, which she wears on her (weak) left hand, is 5.5. I even slyly tricked her into measuring her ring finger again, not realizing why. So that's what I ordered. Turns out that like most people, her dominant right hand/fingers is stronger and slightly thicker, and thus the original was tough to get over the knuckle and just slightly tight. I wrote to the seller/jeweler (Diana) and asked if it could somehow be resized - and fully expected the answer to either be no, sorry, or yes, but that'll be an extra charge for restocking or resizing. I expected and was willing to pay for it if need be, to the tune of hundreds. Diana wrote back and explained that infinity bands can't be resized - HOWEVER, she would gladly handcraft a whole new set of rings in a larger size, if I sent back the originals. I gladly did so, paid the shipping and insurance, and for the $30 it cost, about two weeks later, I had brand new rings. She even accommodated half sizes. I'm so impressed with this seller - quality, service, attentiveness, and communication were amazing. I was apprehensive to buy jewelry online, especially through Amazon, but this is a TOP notch, honest seller, with amazing craftsmanship. I will definitely add photos once I'm with my wife (who loves them and has been wearing them 24/7 since she got them).
