I got this as a gift for a friend and it is beautiful. It is much smaller than anticipated though, but it is very feminine and dainty. Easily dressed up or down. For the size of the pendant, it has a fair amount of "sparkle." It's been over a month now and it hasn't begun to change colors yet, so that's good. Overall, it's a piece I'd definitely gift again, though not to someone who likes statement pieces.

I actually got this necklace for my 5 year old for Christmas, because she wanted a "fancy" necklace like the ones I wear sometimes. She loved it, and I was very impressed by how delicate and beautiful it is. The gems sparkle really nicely, and the golden plating is very tastefully colored, not bright yellow and garish like some other gold plated jewelry. For all it delicate appearance, it still feels quite durable and strong as well. Overall I would highly recommend.

I was hoping this was a small diamond necklace, similar to the one Megan wears on Suits. The diamond is quite large and not as dainty as I would have liked. The chain is a good length and the clasp is secure. The setting of the diamond is very nice.
