This is a good pink stud earring for casual wear. It is a deep pink crystal, and that is exactly what it looks like. It’s what I would call an ic, heavy saturated, very bright (almost electric sparkly) pink. I like the rhodium on silver jewelry, because it really does help keep the silver from tarnishing and oxidizing. I like my jewelry low maintenance, and I don’t like skin reactions or metal changing to colors like green or black. I like inexpensive stud earrings, because I don’t want to get really upset or come close to a heart attack if I lose them. These are so comfortable, it doesn’t feel like I have earrings on. These are nicely made 6 mm round studs, which is a nice average size for me, considering that I wear x-large hats. It isn’t tiny, and it isn’t huge. I like round cuts, because I don’t have to worry whether or not they are symmetrical and in matching positions in each ear. I use a polishing cloth after I remove the earrings because I wear sunscreen everyday, and I cleaned them with jewelry cleaning solution when I got them. I have rhodium coated silver earrings that look great after 15 years. This pink earring is too pink, icy & bright to pass for pink sapphire in my opinion. I also bought this earring through Amazon in the aquamarine blue, which looks a lot like my old sky blue topaz jewelry that are around 2 to 6 carats in each stone. It is a true light, sparkly blue. I have really nice natural, light blue aquamarine jewelry in white gold, and I would wear these studs with them as well as with my sky blue topaz. It wouldn’t match a Santa Maria aquamarine gem.The emerald studs are not exactly like any emerald in any shade or from any point of origin. It is very dark green, sparkly and bright in strong light. The “emerald” crystal in low light actually looks like a dark teal, and that is just the way Swarovski makes their emerald crystals. I like them all whether or not they match real gems, because there are times, I just don’t want to wear really expensive looking jewelry. I purchased 3 different colors from Devin Rose: emerald, aquamarine and pink. All of them had good posts and clasps that are secure, comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

These stud earrings were received sooner than estimated (2 days after ordering). They are the expected size and truly lovely. I have had no jewelry reactions to them. The stone is a lovely true sapphire blue and perfectly smooth. The facets are subtle but nice. They are a perfect size to be seen well without being overdone. The stems are sturdy, long enough and the backs fit and hold well. I am well pleased with this inexpensive pair of earrings and would recommend them. (I was not compensated for this review.
