Had it for only a few weeks. Could feel the prongs were not pressed down enough and lost a sapphire. Company was notified, picture sent, and said they would send me a loose sapphire when it came in. It has been months and I have not gotten any updates.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the ring. The prongs do catch on a lot though and I've made snags in my clothes. The ring ended up being a bit too big (maybe a half size, I must have measured wrong) so I'm hoping a local jewler can fix the prong issue when I have it resized. The ring itself is beautiful. It's very dainty as well.

Loved the ring. It was very pretty and just as described but one of the smaller Rubies fell out of the setting less than a week after I had it. I sent it back and received a full refund just a few days after returning with no problems. Could have very well been an isolated incident but I decided to just get a refund instead of a replacement ring.
