So I have just purchased this necklace for my newly teen daughter for her birthday. One of the gifts she was going to be surprised with.. or so that was my intentions for when she opened this gift! I’m glad I second guessed opening this package before she returned home today. I originally was just going to let her open the packages herself… I am so glad I did because I would rather be the one who is left feeling this disappointment and sadness! Todays her special day this was supposed to be the most meaningful of her gifts and when I opened the box my immediately knew something was wrong… sure enough I seen that the diamond in the center was completely missing from the necklace. I found it in the corner of the beautiful box! I will say this… had that not happened this necklace is stunning and absolutely beautiful! I was issued a full refund and was able to keep the product not that it’s going to help me now I clearly can’t give her a gift that meant so much to me to give her broken! I am grateful I was fully refunded and this necklace truly is gorgeous pictures don’t even do justice for how truly beautiful this really is I just wish I had it to give her today instead!
