I was going to be moving further from my daughter and wanted us to have a set to keep us close at heart! It came packaged very nicely and has not tarnished or anything! I know, because I wear it every day!! The only thing that bothers me is that the center part of my piece faded off. It’s ok though because it’s character for me. I think of it as myself fading and aging. It really is a beautiful set that I love and hold dear!! I highly recommend!
