I have gotten other brass pendants from Artschatz and have been quite pleased with them, so when I saw new designs in their line, I did not hesitate to pounce on the chance. Shame on me, I saw what I wanted, and thought the pendant was of a dancing female figurine - but she has the head of an elephant! Always zoom in to see what you are getting. This is not a waste. I have a string of carnelian beads with carved elephants and a paid of pants with a nice elephant print. She's cool!

Sometimes these cast metal pendants are a little blurry or lumpy, but not this one! Our friend Ganesh is in nice crisp detail and the pendant has a nice substantial weight. You can easily take it of the, uh, not great cord loop necklace' to something you like more, but the brown loop is not unwearable if that's your vibe. I'm just saying it's easy to be more aesthetic for our favorite Hindu god.If you know a yogi, this is a great little gift for them, no matter their gender--who doesn't need a wee bit of the Remover of Obstacles in their lives!?
