The media could not be loaded.  Very happy with this Seiko. Huge fan of the dark blue dial. I love how lightweight and low profile the case is, while the 40mm size has just enough presence for an average sized wrist. The face is simple and clean and I love that it has both the day and date feature. Both were easy to set. The bracelet has a beautiful brushed finish and it’s very comfortable thanks to the smaller link size. The clasp is small, some might say cheap, and only has one micro adjustment, but I got it to fit my wrist perfectly. The bracelet has a little bit of squeakiness if you shake your wrist, but it’s hardly noticeable. This bracelet has pins and barrels, but it includes instructions on resizing. I was able to figure it out easily with out instructions. Even comes with a tool to remove the pins. 100m water resistant and sapphire crystal are huge pluses. Keeps time perfect so far. The touch of red at the end of the seconds hand is the cherry on top for the looks of this watch. Can’t go wrong with Seiko quality and this one is a huge bang for your buck. Buy it!

I was looking for an affordable, light weight dress watch. It is absolutely silent and looks quite elegant.

I’ve been a fan of Seiko watches for over 30 years, specifically this particular model. I’ve had several. It is a handsome watch to wear on any occasion. I have a dressy one I wear when I need to be fancy. This model is a little heavier in weight and also a little bigger than my previous ones but it is not by any means a bulky watch or manly looking. I was expecting a cheap looking watch but it is by no means a cheap looking watch. Like the ones I’ve worn before, this watch can be worn with a pair of jeans and sneakers or a business suit. I’m very happy that I bought it.

I ordered this Seiko timepiece for my girlfriend as a birthday present. It's the perfect size and perfect look, very classy design, "timeless" as the saying goes. My GF is very happy with it! Was delivered on time and works perfectly. Price was very competitive, a bit lower priced than at well known storefront retail shops.

Instructions for removing links were very well written. It made it very easy.Readability, accuracy excellent. I don't intend to wear it while swimming so no comment on water resistance

This watch, Seiko SUR341P1, has one important drawback - low visibility in low light. The dial, unless viewed in bright light, is almost black. So, to get good visibility, the hour markers (indexes) and hands must be white or light-colored or shiny. The applied indexes are shiny on the outside and white inside. The white color comes from lume material. The indexes are well visible in low light. Well done! But the hands are problematic. The metal of the hands is grayish, not shiny, and is badly visible in low light. The lume paint on the hands is not white, perhaps is off-white. While the lume paint is visible in low light, it is not well visible (after the green glow has faded away after 15 minutes). In addition, it is difficult to distinguish between the hour hand and minute hand at a glance. The day and date window at 3 o'clock is a problem. It is big, white, with a shiny rim. As a day and date indicator, it is works well. But when a hand is over that window, it becomes indistinguishable from the window at a glance in low light. For example, if the hour hand is over the day-date window, it merges visually with the window and may look like the minute hand. Now the watch looks like having two minute hands. When both the hour and minute hands are over the window, the three (2 hands and 1 window) sort of merge, and reading the exact time becomes difficult.Add to all this the high reflectivity of the sapphire glass. As a result, this Seiko watch is difficult to read in low light in most situations, compared to other similar watches.Should the day-date window be less prominent, the readability problem would be reduced. Also using shiny hands could have helped. However, in bright light the readability is acceptable, and the color of the dial becomes dark gray-blue. In bright light, especially outdoors, it is a pleasure to look at the watch and read the time, day and date.
